This is a quartz cluster I found on 07/16/2022 in the Hohenlimburgerkalkwerde in Hagen, Germany. The bottom has been cut off the piece so that it can stand on its own, which is ideal in the display case. The piece has crystals on two sides, on one side are larger clusters. And on the other side, smaller clusters sit on dark calcite crystals. They are clear and partially transparent quartz crystals that are up to 5 millimeters in size.
