Echinolampas
Echinolampas is a genus of fossil sea urchins in the family Echinolapadidae. They are almost completely round to oval sea urchins that date from the Eocene and even today a number of species are still alive. This specimen is still almost completely covered with other fossils, mainly shells, which may still be prepared. Maybe it's better to leave it that way.
