Merdigera obscura
Merdigera obscura is also called the dark tower snail in Dutch. This is of course due to the fact that the snail has a dark shell that is very straight. The species is found in the Czech Republic, Ukraine, Great Britain, Ireland and the Alps. The mouth opening is light in color while the rest of the shell is (dark) brown. These copies come from Ried, Oberintall, Austria where I was able to find them myself.
