Pathalogische paleocarcharodon orientalis
This is a pathological or deformed shark tooth of the species Paleocarcharodon orientalis. This comes from Selandian, paleogene of the Moroccan town of Khouribga. The pathology is very difficult to photograph, but clearly visible. The highest point of the crown is bent quite far. In addition, the serrations are much less extreme than with normal teeth of this species.
